Improving minds

at a time.

The MedLink Mission

MedLink's mission is to build the most effective and cutting-edge suite of tools for psychiatric assessment and treatment ever created. â€‹

Most patients spend 8–11 years cycling through trial-and-error treatment before finding what works. We’re building tools to help mental health providers change that.

MedLink Global’s innovative platform combines advanced technology with world-class psychiatric expertise to help thousands receive precise diagnoses and highly personalized treatment paths. Our goal is to make mental healthcare more precise, timely, and effective, so patients don’t have to wait years for real relief.

How MedLink Global Began

Ran founded MedLink to address the gaps in mental healthcare. She gathered an expert clinical team to develop MedLink's proprietary AI-powered diagnostic system, MaiNDS. It supports more accurate and more comprehensive diagnoses—all while reducing time and administrative burden.

MedLink is also developing a full suite of psychiatric clinician support tools, including an AI co-pilot for psychiatric treatment (coming soon).

MedLink's systems are built on the unyielding principle of "first, do no harm," with our proprietary AI model prioritizing reliability, security, and low hallucination.

“Everyone deserves a high-quality, comprehensive mental health evaluation before getting treated.” - Ran Yang-Chawla, CEO and Founder

Our Values

Innovate with Purpose

We create technology to support experts, not replace them. Our tools make it easier to access mental health assessments and treatment plans while keeping care high-quality and efficient.

Empower Providers

We give clinicians better tools and take away extra work, so they can focus on helping patients. Our goal is to help them do their best work.

Provide Expert Guidance

Everyone deserves care that fits their needs. We match patients with the best providers for them, focusing on trust and clear plans that lead to better results.

Impact Outcomes Globally

Our goal is to make mental health assessments available to everyone. By creating standard processes and smart solutions, we’re improving care for people around the world.

Our Vision

A future where mental health challenges are met with swift access to expert care, precise diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans, eliminating the uncertainty and delays that burden today’s mental healthcare system.

Our Commitment

At MedLink, we simplify the journey to expert mental healthcare, ensuring you or your loved ones receive the precise care you need from your doctor.

By combining innovation, expertise, and compassion, MedLink Global empowers you to make informed decisions with confidence, so you can focus on what matters most—your well-being and peace of mind.

Our Team

We’ve assembled a team of engineers, clinical professors from top institutions, and leading experts in psychiatry who share the same vision - to make expert care faster, more accurate, and affordable for all.
